Shipping

Please allow 2-5 days of processing time before your order ships after placing an order on all premade orders except signs. Signs can have longer processing times up to 7-14 days depending on design. Some crochet items processing time can take up to 7 days or more depending on item type. Custom orders can take 2-14 days of processing time. Most Orders are made to order. Orders are shipped on business days only (Monday-Friday).

Orders are currently shipped per your selection of USPS priority mail which can takes 2-3 business days, or USPS First Class Mail (3-5 business days). Once the order is shipped, Creative Cuts & Etches is not responsible for shipping delays or lost packages, it is out of our hands at that point, but we will do our best to help. Some items are made from third party vendors from our designs and may have quicker shipping and different shipping rates.

International Orders: Due to new laws on tariffs,  Creative Cuts & Etches LLC will only be accepting orders from Canada at this time. Hopefully, we can get back to serving more countries soon, so check the site. At this time these orders will be shipped  through USPS First-Class Package International Service, USPS Priority Mail International (6-10 business  days), and USPS Priority Mail Express International (3-5 business days). We are trying our best to include the duties and taxes on most products at checkout. Unfortunately, third party vendors are used on some products and Creative Cuts & Etches LLC is not responsible for your region's duties and taxes or custom fees. It will be DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) and must be paid upon package receipt according to your region's rules and regulations for those items that was not included at checkout. We aim at adding all duties and taxes to checkout in the future. Since this is a United States based small business, overseas shipping rates can be expensive for some regions from an estimate of $15.75 USD to $54.75 plus, but we will be working diligently to find lower shipping rates.

A refund for delayed items will not be issued.
